Easy Dutch Oven Ribs

RECIPE OF THE SEASON
Spring
A favorite recipe of Garth's for camping or home. It is quick and easy, great for camping or lazy weekends
Basic ingredients

2-4 lb. pork ribs with the bone in or out
4 Garlic cloves minced
1 large onion chopped
1 40oz.bottle of Bulls Eye Barbecue Sauce (or substitute your favorite)
2 cans 7up
a few shakes of Tabasco sauce
Optional ingredients Browned bacon Browned Polish Sausage or Polish Kielbasa, cut in 2 inch pieces

Brown ribs on a grill or in your Dutch oven.
Dump the 7up, Bulls Eye, ribs, and tabasco sauce (to taste) all in your Dutch oven.
Make sure the ribs are covered with Bulls Eye & 7UP sauce.
If you want to add any of the optional ingredients dump them in also.

Cook over a medium heat 1-2 Hours.
Cook it on a fire, on top of your stove or in an oven till meat is tender and sauce thickens. Then sit back and enjoy.
